HyperHack at the Halfway Mark: 100+ Teams Ready to Stress Test

The Hyperion HyperHack has hit its midpoint milestone. Over 100 approved ambitious teams are building in the HyperHack. As we move into the next phase of the hackathon, the energy is rising and the stakes are growing. With the first half behind us, the next chapter will be all about stress testing and real-world validation.

Recap of the First Half

Since the start of June, Hyperion has become the proving ground for everything from decentralized AI networks to novel wallet interfaces and onchain agent frameworks.

Numerous exciting projects from the first half of HyperHack were featured in the Vibe Session pitch series live-streamed on Youtube, where teams present their projects and get real-time feedback from our DevRel. Two of many projects worth highlighting include: 

• VMarket: AI-Enhanced Prediction Markets
  VMarket is a prediction market built on Uniswap V4, where users can trade outcomes of real-world events. An AI-powered liquidity vault keeps markets efficient, while "Vic," the platform’s llama assistant, offers insights and hints at automated trading in the near future. Enthusiastic Founder Cobi explained how VMarket blends DeFi mechanics with a user-friendly AI layer.

• Ensemble: The Agent Hub for AI Collaboration
  Founded by Leon, Ensemble is building a marketplace for AI agents that enables trustless collaboration between humans and autonomous services. With onchain agent discovery, Web3 micropayments, and tools for inter-agent communication, it is laying the groundwork for a decentralized agent economy.

Ongoing Spotlight Marketing Campaign

The Spotlight Campaign will also play a key role in the journey for teams. Designed to support growth and user acquisition, it gives each team access to $500 for creative marketing. These funds could be used to run ads, host AMAs, launch quests, or test new user onboarding flows. Teams are encouraged to recruit marketers to bring fresh energy to their campaigns.

Looking Ahead: The Stress Testing Phase

Teams will be expected to demonstrate stability, performance, and readiness under real conditions. This is where strong architecture and tight feedback loops will separate the truly viable from the rest.

The Stress Testing Stage will focus on the following goals:

1. Identify vulnerabilities and failure points in projects
2. Gather bugs, UI issues, and friction points
3. Run load tests to assess throughput and stability
4. Validate user experience under live conditions

This is the final proving ground before Mainnet-grade deployments. For teams, it is a chance to turn Testnet traction into long-term credibility. Ready for Hyperion Mainnet, which is projected to go live in August. For the Metisian community, it is an invitation to test, break, review, and help sharpen the future of Hyperion.
